Tim Robinson

Founder / Booking Agent

A multi-faceted entrepreneur, both within and outside the music industry, Robinson’s past ventures include business consulting, event planning, artist management, festival founder and promotion. He began managing and booking bands more than two decades ago before expanding into the concert promotion field, where he organized a leading Christian music festival in Colorado for eight years. Most recently, Robinson served as a music booking agent with the Greg Oliver Agency.

Andy Levine grew up in a small town just outside of Dallas, Texas, where he discovered his love for music through his uncle, who toured the US with a Gospel band. At 15, Andy began singing at events, and his passion for music never waned. Over the years, he has led worship across the country, mentoring countless others to do the same. Andy is dedicated to nurturing people's talents and will lead worship for an audience of one or one million. His diverse career includes being a Nashville recording artist, managing artists, leading worship, organizing events, training leaders, consulting, and mentoring teams. Andy's heart is committed to helping people succeed in their gifts, with a vision as expansive as his dedication—to inspire and encourage others to reach their full potential.

Kristen Wilmot, raised in a musical family, discovered her passion for music early in life. After relocating from Indiana to Nashville in 2019, she immersed herself in the music industry, gaining valuable experience in marketing and promotions within the radio sector. She has also worked as an artist assistant and currently manages and supports the music and production teams at her church, where she also serves as a worship leader. Kristen's mission is to empower artists in their unique journeys, providing opportunities for them to succeed and thrive while fueling their vision and offering unwavering encouragement.

Crystal Blackburn has been passionate about the music industry from a young age. Originally from Ohio, she now calls Middle Tennessee home, where she lives with her four children. With a strong background in marketing and promotion both inside and outside the music industry, she has gained invaluable experience that fuels her work. Crystal has a heart for service, a desire to bring light to dark places, and a deep love for seeing others succeed. Her encouragement and support uplift those around her, making a lasting impact wherever she goes.
