Tim and Priscilla Robinson (tim@aligendtalentagency.com), Vice President of Operations | Founder & Co-Owner
Tim Robinson is the Founder, Co-Owner, and Vice President of Operations for Aligned Talent Agency. He leads the agency’s operations and financial management, helping build the systems and structure needed to serve artists and event partners with excellence.
Tim and Priscilla Robinson founded Aligned Talent Agency in 2023 to better serve artists and connect them with ministries and stages where their gifts can make a meaningful difference. With years of hands-on experience operating their own music festival and supporting bands throughout their careers, Tim brings valuable industry knowledge and practical leadership to the agency.
Grounded in faith and driven by authentic relationships, Tim is committed to building a sustainable, purpose-driven organization where artists feel valued, supported, and equipped to steward their talents well.
Jason Green (jason@alignedtalentagency.com) Jason Green brings more than 20 years of experience in ministry, music, business, and event production to his role as an agent with Aligned Talent Agency. A longtime worship leader and Director of True Hope Ministries, Jason has organized concerts and worship nights while working alongside some of Minnesota’s largest festivals.
As a musician and owner of multiple service businesses, Jason understands both the onstage and behind-the-scenes details that contribute to a successful event. His relationship-focused approach helps artists, churches, ministries, venues, and promoters work together with clarity and purpose.
Xena Alexandria (info@alignedtalentagency.com), Operations Manager
Xena Alexandria serves as Operations Manager for Aligned Talent Agency. Her primary responsibilities include preparing and managing artist contracts, supporting agency leadership through executive assistant duties, and helping keep daily operations organized and moving forward.
With professional experience as an insurance agent, Xena brings a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and dependable follow-through to every aspect of her work. She also assists with scheduling, communications, email campaigns, social media, and other administrative priorities across the agency.
As a worship leader, Xena carries a heart for ministry and the mission behind the music. Her combination of professionalism, creativity, and faith allows her to serve artists, churches, and the Aligned team with excellence and purpose.
Brandon Monson (brandon@alignedtalentagency.com) , Vice President of Partnerships | Co-Owner
Brandon Monson serves as Vice President of Partnerships and Co-Owner of Aligned Talent Agency, leading the agency’s bookings and partnerships with artists, churches, promoters, missions organizations, and event organizers.
As an active touring artist, pastor, and experienced technology sales professional, Brandon brings a unique perspective to every relationship. He is the founder and lead member of Presence Music, which he started alongside his wife, and has firsthand experience booking, tour managing, and performing hundreds of shows while serving in local church ministry.
With experience as an agent, artist, pastor, and sales professional, Brandon understands the needs of artists and event partners from every side. He is passionate about building meaningful relationships, connecting artists with the right opportunities, and helping organizations create events that align with their calling, mission, and vision.
