Aligned Talent Agency was built on one simple belief: the most impactful stages should feature voices that inspire, uplift, and lead people toward hope. Founded by Tim and Priscilla Robinson, Aligned exists to create meaningful connections between artists, ministries, and the stages where their gifts can make a difference.
With years of hands-on experience starting and operating their own music festival and working closely with bands throughout their careers, Tim and Priscilla bring a deep understanding of the music industry and the unique needs of artists. Guided by their faith and a genuine heart for people, they are committed to building long-term, relationship-driven partnerships that help artists and ministries steward their gifts with purpose. For Aligned, it’s more than business—it’s about fostering a community where creativity can flourish and people feel valued, supported, and inspired.
Booking Talent with Purpose & Integrity
Brendan supports Aligned Talent Agency by helping with social media, creative strategy, content ideas, and promotional support for artists, ministries, and events. While he is not an agent, he uses his platform, relationships, and passion for Christian music to help artists tell their stories, reach new audiences, and share music that points people to Christ.
He is also the host of the Christian Music Bros Podcast, where he interviews Christian artists, industry professionals, and creatives to share stories, highlight new music, and encourage listeners in their faith. His love for Christian music began at Winter Jam and grew into a passion for supporting artists and helping fans discover both established and emerging artists.
Meet the team
Xena Alexandria serves as the Operations Manager for Aligned Talent Agency, helping keep the details moving behind the scenes through contracts, email blasts, social posts, and day-to-day operational support. With experience as an insurance agent, she brings a sharp eye for detail, organization, and follow-through to every part of her work.
As a worship leader, Xena also carries a heart for ministry and the mission behind the music. Her blend of professionalism, creativity, and faith helps her serve artists, churches, and the Aligned team with both excellence and purpose.
Brandon Monson (brandon@alignedtalentagency.com) is the Managing Partner of Aligned Talent Agency, overseeing day-to-day operations while bringing experience as an active touring artist, pastor, and high performing tech sales professional. As the founder and lead member of Presence Music, which he started alongside his wife, Brandon has firsthand experience booking, tour managing, and performing hundreds of shows while also serving in local church ministry.
With a unique perspective as an agent, artist, pastor, and sales professional, Brandon understands the needs of artists, churches, and event organizers from every side. He is passionate about building meaningful relationships, connecting the right artists with the right opportunities, and helping ministries pursue events that align with their calling, mission, and vision.
