Church Partnerships & Booking Specialist (Commission-Based)

Overview

Aligned Talent Agency is seeking a motivated and relational Church Partnerships & Booking Specialist to help connect churches with impactful live events and ministry experiences.

This is a commission-based, performance-driven role focused on outreach, relationship building, and booking events with churches across the region.

You’ll be on the front lines of introducing churches to our artists and helping turn conversations into confirmed events.

What You’ll Do

• Research and identify churches that align with our artists and events

• Reach out via phone calls, email, and text message follow-ups

• Start and maintain conversations with pastors, worship leaders, and church staff

• Present event opportunities in a clear and compelling way

• Follow up consistently until decisions are made

• Help move opportunities from initial contact → interest → confirmed booking

• Track outreach and communication in an organized system (CRM or spreadsheet)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communicator who is comfortable on the phone

• Self-starter who can work independently without constant supervision

• Persistent, resilient, and not discouraged by “not right now”

• Organized and able to manage multiple conversations at once

• Comfortable with relationship-based sales and follow-up

• Passion for churches, ministry, or live events (preferred but not required)

Compensation

This is a commission-only position.

You will be compensated based on confirmed bookings you generate. This role is designed for individuals who are motivated by performance and earning potential tied directly to results.

Specific commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.
